The Center for Regeneration (“the Center”) is a project of Open Future Coalition (“OFC”), fiscal and philanthropic sponsors, impact investors, and participating people, groups, and projects (“Members”) developing infrastructures for personal, social, ecological, and environmental regeneration. The Center provides members with access to the following:
Shared Infrastructure
Members receive access to Center resources, other members, and OFC’s digital enterprise management platform (“Open Impact”) to collaborate and support regenerative educational, agricultural, environmental, economic, and community development activities.
In-Kind Resources
Members agree to share and receive access to shared knowledge, facilities, services, resources, and people pursuing regenerative activities in their community to support shared social, environmental, and economic goals and impacts.
Project Support and Development
Members receive access to resources and in-kind partners to help plan, coordinate and implement projects, pursue funding, and facilitate and manage agreements. Members form and join Groups to collaborate on projects. Open Impact supports groups with digital convening, communication, project management, enterprise, and reporting tools.
Access to Public and Philanthropic Sponsorships
Groups and projects eligible for public funding, such as state and federal matching funds, cost-shares, and cooperative financing, may receive fiscal and philanthropic sponsorship to facilitate long-term agreements with the Center to support their projects. Both fiscal and philanthropic sponsors support members in exchange for in-kind contributions and reporting of impacts the sponsors support.
Access to Local Impact Capital
Local Impact Capital is a project of Open Future Coalition that pairs community and civic projects seeking public funding requiring local matching funds with impact investors who provide them. Local facilitation teams align projects and resources, fill gaps in capacity, and facilitate, record, and report projects, investments, and impacts using Open Impact to ensure public and private funding eligibility and compliance.
Impact Reporting and Validation
People, groups, and projects are supported by philanthropic sponsors investing in social, environmental, ecological, and economic impacts. In exchange for their support, people, projects, and groups using Open Impact and the Center agree to shared goals and validate and report impacts toward them using Open Impact.
